Hi there, I’m Rachel and I’m so happy our paths have crossed.
I am an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant and therapist, Zenthai therapist, yoga teacher and facilitator of the Radiant You program.
This work is my passion because it has given me my health, joy and self-love.

I didn’t always feel happy, confidant and at home in my body… In fact a decade or so ago I was yo-yoing between one fad diet and the next, my self worth was low and although I was practicing yoga, it was not ingrained in my life in a way that brought lasting peace. Luckily for me, many gifted and inspired teachers and practitioners crossed my path and helped show me the way to what I sensed was possible.
I have spent the last 10 years learning ancient wisdom and healing modalities, healing myself and sharing the wisdom that was handed to me. I truly believe we are here to learn, grow and heal together. Coming together and supporting each other takes us places we could never reach on our own. That is why I offer the Radiant You program to you. A warm welcome to connect and be supported in an ongoing way, in the changes you want to see in your life.
